At lunch time, guests on our retreats enjoy a varied Light Lunch Buffet, featuring an array of healthy and light dishes. These culinary creations are thoughtfully curated to perfectly complement your retreat experience and align with our Wellness Healing Gourmet philosophy. The focus remains on high-quality, nutritious ingredients that support your well-being throughout the day.
This menu was created for Preidlhof by Emanuele Giorgione, the internationally renowned Healing Chef with the support of Dr. Med. Alexander Angerer, Preidlhof’s resident doctor. Predominantly plant-based and created to appeal to all the senses, the Wellness Healing Gourmet Menu is free of gluten, lactose, egg, soy, and sugar. Comprising 49 different recipes, the menu changes every evening and comprises seven courses incorporating ingredients according to the season. In the evening, retreat guests dine in the serene atmosphere of our Wellness Restaurant, where mindful eating and exquisite flavours come together for a holistic sensory experience.
