Preidlhof’s Sauna Tower at the adults-only hotel & spa in South Tyrol offers 16 different sauna, steam and relaxation experiences, including meditation cabins, salt rooms and Turkish baths. The Sauna Tower is entrusted to the Sauna Master and his team.

True artists when it comes to mastering heat and essential oils. The Team makes the Sauna Tower journey for guests a profoundly detoxing and healing experience. Healing steam experiences involving special herbal infusions take place three to four times a day. Throughout the week, we also invite you to join in activities to further enhance your sense of wellbeing.
