Weather for your holiday in South Tyrol
With a northwesterly upper-level flow and the passage of a cold front, polar air masses reach the Alps.
Northerly föhn will dry out the air. In the Vinschgau and the southern parts of the region, a few bright spells are also possible. In the late afternoon and evening, a few more showers will move in from the north. At the same time, with gusty northerly winds, the snow line will drop to around 1000 m.
Temperatures will reach highs from 9°C in Bruneck to 13°C in Bozen.
An intermediate high makes for sunny and cool autumn weather.
Throughout South Tyrol, the sun will shine from early to late and the sky is often cloudless. The north wind weakens as the day progresses.
In the morning it will be frosty, in the afternoon the temperatures will rise to 3° to 12°.
